Job Description

  • Deploying and building agent network via WCA and other channels to promote WIN WIN LOGISTICS services, increasing company revenue and profit.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with agents around the world including online communications via WHASAPP, WECHAT, email… and face-to-face meetings.
  • Updating and consulting market information periodically for regular routings and for ad-hoc requests from agents.
  • Working closely with other departments such as Pricing, CS, LOG, ACCOUNTING to offer optimal solutions for customers, assuring company’s service quality.
  • Negotiating flexibly on price, terms and conditions with agents to sign Agent Agreement in mutual profit and satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and accurate feedbacks/ update information for relating departments and customers about shipments’ status
  • In conjunction with Team Leader building a plan for sales performance and plan for overseas sales activities such as attendance at Logistics trade shows/ exhibitions, especially WCA workshops to meet sales target.
  • Make reports (weekly/ monthly/ yearly) and internal reports as required (if any)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Relative Fields.
  • Having at least one year of experience in sales/marketing and Logistics field.
  • Having passion in sale.
  • Being good in 4 skills of English.
  • Being willing to travel abroad for business.
  • Salary:

  • Being negotiated at time of interview.
  • Business salary: benefits based on coefficient and progressive percentage (up to 35% profit).
